Marshall Islands’ Foreign Minister Speaks Out on Dismissal of Lawsuit and Plans to Appeal

On February 3, 2015, the U.S. Federal District Court granted the U.S. government’s motion to dismiss the lawsuit filed by the Marshall Islands.
